Members of Stillpoint recently attended a silent meditation retreat at Villa Maria Education & Spirituality Center. Fourteen attendees spent an extended weekend practicing, discussing readings, and participating in discussions lead by Jay Hershey and Kevin Dole. The retreat was a fantastic way to reconnect with our practice and disconnect from the distraction of the day-to-day.
